Inkjet printer

Description The Dimatix printer (DMP) is a system that allows the precision deposition of different materials (organic and inorganic insulators, conductors and semiconductors). The system allows to deposit solutions onto an 8 x 11 inch or A4 substrate using a disposable piezoelectric inkjet cartridge. The printer can create and define patterns over an area of approximately 200 x 300mm and handle substrates up to 25mm thick with an adjustable Z-height. The temperature of the suction plate, which holds the substrate in place, can be adjusted up to 60°C. In addition, a waveform editor and drop inspection camera system allow for the manipulation of electronic pulses to the piezoelectric jet device to optimize the characteristics of the drop as it is ejected from the nozzle. This system allows you to easily print structures and samples for process verification and prototyping. Functional fluids can be printed on virtually any surface, including plastics, glass, ceramics and silicon, as well as flexible substrates from membranes, gels and thin films to paper products.
